Whether it's a business event after a long conference day, an anniversary, a family celabration, a confirmation or an intimate wedding reception, Restaurant ONE TEN Providence offers some of the city's most charming and authentic rooms with atmosphere and soul. Located just 5 minutes from City Hall Square and 5 minutes from Nørreport Station, you have all of downtown Copenhagen's many offerings close by.
Each room accommodates up to 20 guests per room. It can be arranged that one gets their own separate room so as not to be disturbed by restaurant's other guests. The first floor houses two adjoining rooms (about 38 pax) which represent a charming authentic Copenhagen apartment, while the basement oozes coziness and soul in an old whisky storage (about 25 pax).

Business groups (2 to 3 hours)
With a short distance to most of downtown's central hotels, a gathering at ONE TEN Providence is an easy choice for smaller and medium-sized groups. Rooms are very popular for business groups during weekdays, so it's recommended to book in advance.
ONE TEN recommends set menus, so the evening becomes more efficient without needing consider too many choices on site. ONE TEN Providence also offer paired wine menus as suggested by the head sommelier, so everything gets to be both easy and reliable. Alternatively, ONE TEN Providence also provides a tasty wine list for those who wish to have their own touch on the gastronomy.
Example 1: Lunch package with a 2 course menu and filtered water ad libitum from DKK 350,- per person. Additional drinks not included.
Example 2: 3 course dinner with a paired wine menu consisting of filtered water ad libitum from DKK 750,- per person.
Example 3: Signature menu with sparkling wine as an aperitif and 4 glasses of paired wine menu including filtered water ad libitum from DKK 1050,- per person.

Day time events (3 to 5 hours) - ends no later than 5:00 PM.

With an event at ONE TEN Providence, we make sure that you and your guests feel at home and welcomed from the moment you step in the door until the festivities are over. We often see that more and more people choose to gather with their closest family and friends for smaller and intimate gatherings, thus optimizing the atmosphere and memories that should last a lifetime. A smaller wedding of 15 - 20 guests can be just as memorable as the big ones, often more intense and intimate.
Located just 5 minutes from City Hall Square and 5 minutes from Nørreport Station, you have all of downtown Copenhagen's many offerings close by. It is possible to have the entire restaurant space for yourself to keep everything intimate. By doing so the bar area is used for aperitif gathering / entertainment while upstairs is used for dining.
Example 1: Confirmation with three course menu, apéritif and soft bar ad libitum (house wine / beer / soft drinks) up to 5 hours from DKK 995,- per person. Its possible to bring your own cake for afternoon tea as long as the staff can have a taste as well.
Example 2: Wedding reception with snacks, aperitif, house wine, beer and sodas ad libitum for up to 3 hours from dkr 500,- per person. Its possible to bring your own cake for afternoon tea as long as the staff can have a taste as well.
Example 3: Birthday with three course menu and three glasses of paired wine menu including filtered water ad libitum for up to 5 hours from dkr 750,- per person. Its possible to bring your own cake for afternoon tea as long as the staff can have a taste as well.

Have you ever dreamed of renting your own restaurant for the evening? Or at least having your own intimate diningroom in one of the coziest restaurants in Copenhagen? Is it important for you that the food is created with lots of love and the wines are tasty and the atmosphere is top notch? Then Restaurant ONE TEN Providence might just be exactly right for you and your group.

Example 1: Intimate Wedding with four course menu, apéritif and soft bar ad libitum (house wine / beer / soft drinks) for up to 6 hours from DKK 1495,- per person. It is possible to include the cocktail bar in many ways so it suits the experience and budget.
Example 2: Christmas Party with 4-course menu, paired wine menu including filtered water ad libitum during dinner plus cocktail bar and soft bar afterwards for up to 6 hours from DKK 1995,- per person.
Example 3: Birthday Party with a 3-course menu and 3 glasses of customized wine menu including filtered water ad libitum for up to 3 hours from DKK 750 per envelope.

Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Deposit:
Upon final confirmation, a deposit may be agreed depending on the size and content of the event. The deposit will not be refunded if the event is canceled in its entirety. However, the deposit is included in the final payment.
Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed, the event is paid for on the evening at the latest. In certain situations, it is possible to have an invoice sent if it has been agreed in advance.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of events of more than 12 participants must be done in writing within 4 weeks before the event, for events of less than 12 participants, however, only 2 weeks. Mail must be sent to restaurant@le-gourmand.dk With confirmation in writing from ONE TEN Providence the cancellation is considered confirmed in final.
In the event of cancellation of the entire event or in the case of a reduction of more than 10% in the number of people ordered after the above-mentioned time, but within 6 days before the event is held, the company may demand a refund corresponding to 50% of the price for the canceled participants.
In addition, the company can demand to be held indemnified for expenses for specially agreed services that cannot be canceled (e.g. music, performance, etc.)
In case of cancellation and any reduction in the number of ordered participants later than 6 days before the event is held, the company can demand compensation corresponding to 75% of all services associated with the restaurant and in certain cases 100% of specially agreed services from external suppliers such as music, performance, etc. In the event of a no show or cancellation later than 48 hours before the event, the restaurant can charge the full price for the entire event.
