Allergies, intollerance and diets info:

Allergies - Allergies are handled with respect at ONE TEN Providence. We live with allergies ourselfes, and take it very seriously.

Gluten intolerance - The dishes on the menu are typically gluten-free with the exception of our homemade bread and biscuits. Some seasonal dishes may contain gluten, so please let us know about your intolerance just in case. Gluten-free bread and biscuits are served as alternatives, but will no longer be homemade.

Lactose intolerance - With a French based cuisine, most dishes will contain varying amounts of lactose. We therefore recommend taking a Lactase pill before arrival. Always a nice selection of cheeses on our Plateau de Fromage with very low lactose and thereby suitable for most people with lactose intolerance.

Vegetarian diet - We offer vegetarian dishes and menues based on lacto/ovo vegetarianism (allows eggs and milk). Vegan guests should expect a high level of compromises, as Sandra Larsen's French-inspired cuisine is primarily based on dairy products.

Pregnancy diet - We offer alcohol-free alternatives, as well as pasteurized cheeses. Please note, however, that the menu's starters will often feature raw meat and fish. The vegetarian starter will typically be the best alternative for our beautiful, pregnant guests.
